1. IDENTIFY THE SHIT.
if it doesn’t make you feel good or benefit you in some way, chances are it’s total shit. stop giving your time to something that upsets you, doesn’t make you better, or doesn’t make you happy. if you’re not getting better, you’re getting worse.
2. SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF.
If you don’t have a goal, you’re wandering around without any purpose in life. living a life without a vision is proven to lead to anxiety and depression. anxiety + depression = UGLY SHIT. set some goals and start achieving them. you are so much stronger than you think! possibilities are endless.
3. SAY "NO" MORE OFTEN.life is full of parties, events, deadlines, and drama. we don’t want to miss out or let others down so instead of saying “no” we say “yes”. our plate becomes full and we end up somewhere we don’t want to be, doing something we don’t want to do hating our life and pissed off at the world. ask yourself if doing this one thing will grow you, make you happy, or help you in any way. if the answer is no, then say NO.
4. DE-CLUTTER YOUR SPACE. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.a cluttered space leads to a cluttered mind. get off your ass off the couch, turn off netfilx, and organize your life (or just keep netflix on and watch as you clean...i have found binge watching Orange is the New Black can be theraputic). stop wasting time looking for your car keys hidden under stacks of paper or piles of clothing.
5. IMPROVE YOUR DIET.we put so much crap into our bodies. all it does is zap our energy levels and make us fat and zitty! start nourishing your body instead of filling it full of grease and sugar. your energy levels will increase and you’ll start feeling better about yourself because you are taking care of yourself! you only get one body, so take care of it.
